Home Information Packs expansion
IMPORTANT UPDATE:
From 10th September 2007 the Home Information Pack scheme (HIPs) will be extended to include homes with 3 bedrooms or more.
As from 1 August 2007 all homes put on the market with four or more bedrooms must have a Home Information Pack.
Included is an Energy Performance Certificate, and other information designed to speed up and simplify the home buying and selling process.
